So here’s are some tips that will help all the teachers to get their sound sleep so that they feel charged and helps ordinary students to become extraordinary.

1. Get Real About How Much Sleep You Really Need.
2. Set a Bedtime Alarm.
3. Plan your evening backward from bedtime.
4. Cut Out the Caffeine after 2pm.
5. Have a Nighttime Routine
6. Give your device a curfew of at least 30 minutes prior to bedtime so your brain and body can begin to get cued that it’s time for bed.
7. Practice Deep Breathing
